"Stress Busters" is a fun and informal community CBT course to help adults understand and manage stress (an umbrella term for lots of feeling states)
All Stress Busters courses went on hold temporarily given covid, however these classes are now back and online, and rotated through the year (except end of July and August when we take a break). Please contact us to register your interest and secure your place. This online support for stress is low cost with some free places available on each course for those who have lost their jobs. There is no assumpotion anyone attending Stress Busters is stressed as it is quite OK to attend for information and prevention if not support. Or the bit of craic!
Stress is an umbrella word for lots of mood states incl anxiety, panic, low confidence, and worry. Yet there is no assumption that anyone attending Stress Busters is stressed - as it is also OK to attend for information, prevention or just the bit of craic! "Stress Busters" is suitable for adults of all ages, backgrounds and cultures, though anyone in crisis would be better suited to having 1-1 CBT.
"Stress Cafe" is only open to Moodsters (those who have completed our Stress Busters course - see above, or had 1-1 CBT with us). Stress Cafe offers a golden opportunity:
